The Honest Man Project | For dads who've outgrown the job
For dads over 40 who've done well and outgrown the job.

Good job. Good money.
No love for it anymore.

You can't walk away, because the family's built around the pay. You can't keep going like this either. I help dads like you work out the next move without gambling your family's security, and be yourself at home again while you do it.

It looks impressive from the outside

You've done well. Good title. Steady salary. People think you've got it sorted.

But somewhere along the way you lost the love for it. You hit your numbers. You keep your head down. And you sit in meetings wondering if this is it for the next twenty years.

You'd change it tomorrow if you could. But the mortgage, the kids, the life you've built all run on that salary. A pay cut isn't an option.

So you stay. And you bring it home. Short with the kids over nothing. In the room, but your head's still at work.

It's hard to explain the feeling. It's not a crisis. It's a crossroads.

What changes

Where you'll be in 12 weeks

Not more thinking. Not another plan you never start. A clear decision, and a life that fits it.

01
You know your next move

Whether it's a new role, a new shape to this one, or something else entirely. Decided, not drifting.

02
You protect what you've built

A way forward that keeps the family secure. No jumping off a cliff. No gambling the mortgage.

03
You're there when you walk in

The job stays at work. The kids get the best of you, not what's left.

Present. Connected. In Control.
The Programme

The Honest Man Transformation

12 weeks, one to one, with me. A weekly call, and support between sessions when work or home throws something at you. We start by scoring where you are now, and finish with a decision made and a life that fits it.

For men who want longer support while they make the move, there's a 12 month option too.

Pricing is shared on the call, not listed here.

About Me

I'm Jon. Youngest bank manager at 22. Senior roles in banking, recruitment and operations. Brought in to fix businesses that were losing money.

Good money. Young family. And I used to sit in the car outside my house before I could face going in.
